Bayshore Trophies strives to produce quality products and a high level of customer satisfaction. To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you receive an order that is incorrect due to an error by Bayshore Trophies, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
In the event that the items are damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
