Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground unless otherwise selected. The amount of time it takes to deliver your awards is based on two factors. The amount of time it takes to create your custom award and the amount of time it takes to deliver your order.
Most awards are shipped within 3-4 business days and are sent via UPS Standard Ground Delivery (1 to 6 days).
Domestic orders can be sent via Standard Ground Delivery, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
